We are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) which is a professional regulatory body with established codes of practice which members must adhere to.

In order to qualify for membership of ARLA, agents must operate a separate client and office account, have professional indemnity insurance and pass examinations relating to Landlord and Tenant law. We also attend regular training courses to keep abreast of legal and financial developments in the industry.

We also subscribe to the ARLA bonding scheme in order that Landlord and Tenant monies are protected.

We are independent specialists in the letting of property and the service we provide is based on 25 years experience in this field. We have a reputation for professionalism and much of our new business comes from personal recommendation from Landlords and Tenants.
